This is the Sprint 1 / WS1 placeholder home page — proves the Eleventy v3 + Nunjucks + Tailwind pipeline renders end-to-end. The production hero, featured-work carousel, client marquee, capabilities band, stats band, recommendations strip, and CTA banner all land in Sprint 2 / Sprint 3 per the per-ticket inventory at outputs/ticket-inventory.md.
